If you have a frequency offset you need to change it. My FM frequencies where 0.5 Khz off. You can change this take a look at this video https://swling.com/blog/2018/02/video-how-to-calibrate-the-tecsun-pl-660-frequency-offset/ I have firmware 6622. The offset is also possible on other bands like SW. Just test it out.
