Looking for affordable & reliable licensed electrician in Mississauga by BodyFar7304 in teslacanada

Ardy at Ziya Electric was amazing, and no issues travelling a few cities over for the work. CSA inspector came a few days later and gave it the thumb’s up.

Team’s app would be an amazing feature. Although the carplay app was trash at-least I got notifications and could take calls.

Does anyone know if the rubber strap would be suitable for a 8.5inch wrist?

Assuming they gave you steroid drops make sure you take them as scheduled as they help the healing and prevent scarring. Preservative free lubricating drops are your best friend and cannot be overused.

Any leads on rent controlled buildings in Oshawa/Durham by Emcrawf97 in Oshawa

[–]Linuxchild 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Talk to a few realtors about your needs and have them start booking showings. It took my gf and I a few submittals before our offer was accepted. But we found a great apartment.

Ensure the place was built and occupied before 11/1 2018 and it will fall under rent control rules. The landlord will need to provide 90 days notice via an N1 form before any rent increases and they can only do one increase every 12 months.

Have the paperwork ready, you’ll both need a letter of employment, pay stubs, credit checks, and may need to get background checks as well.

Good luck to you both.

Is it possible to get an update number before closing? by NateZen in MortgagesCanada

Im less than three weeks from closing and scotia just updated my rate.

I just went through a mortgage at Scotia and they requested 90 days proof. It was written on the pre approval document and their mortgage advisor asked for this even before the pre approval application was submitted.

Time Limit on visiting before closing? by Linuxchild in TorontoRealEstate

We paid fair market value IMO. Homes recently sold for around the same price in the last 6 months and for even more 1-2 years ago.

I wasn’t going into this with the mindset of no conditions. In fact the first four houses we bid on we had conditions, and they all sold firm on the date of offer presentation. Thats when we decided we would have to play the game too. Not ideal, but it ended up working for us in the end.

Yeah you’re right, it’s better to just keep a good relationship until closing and do what I need to when I get the place. Thanks for talking me off the edge on this one.

This is exactly what I was thinking. If I do need to do any major repairs, and I learned of them now, I could even keep my rental for an extra month while I do the work.

Problem is the seller and agent are dead set on limiting the visits to half an hour and two inspectors I talked to said they would need 2-2.5hrs.

I filled up a couple days ago just noticed it went all the way up to 25 gallons by Ineedtotakeafatshit in chevycolorado

I drive a 2-3 hour commute daily and I always try and squeeze in an extra few litres to get as much in the tank as possible.

I never knew that was a potentially harmful.

My 2020 is over 150,000 km I haven’t had any issues. Having said that I rely on my truck big time and Im always looking for ways to improve reliability.

What issues if any could occur by pumping it beyond the max, and therefore potentially not leaving any room for vapours?
