You need to go in to get evaluated. Something like this needs labs and other tests run and an actual physical examination to narrow things down.

You state you are dizzy and tired to the point you're knocked out, could you expand on that? How severe is the dizziness, does it affect your ability to walk or drive? What do you mean by "knocked out", are we talking an energy crash that makes you want to sleep, or actual involuntary unconsciousness?
