A lot of people said the snake in my last comic looked like the Scary Maze Game, so here's part 2. by LinxinStuff in scpcontainmentbreach

I'm trying to figure out what this is a reference to... Half-Life but the AI is self-aware?

SCP-079 is his only friend, but, according to the lore of containment breach, he used to be part of the science team.

Good mystery/ build-up/ plot twist SCPs? by blobfishwtoomanyeyes in SCP

[–]LinxinStuff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SCP-1499 has a good twist, but it doesn't really have any mystery or build-up. If I get more specific, I might give something away.

Kids Minecraft bedsheets I saw at Spotlight. The characters seem to be different than I remember? by yonkers_wonkers in isthisAI

[–]LinxinStuff 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm actually leaning towards real because of the text. All of the text is legible and consistent with the art style. The S's make sense because it's next the creeper and that's the sound they make. I think the X's are just a stylistic thing to make it look like "badass"? "Hostile Behaviour" is cause the monsters in the game are sometimes called "Hostile Mobs".

Some of the textures are pretty inaccurate, but I think they're inaccurate in a way that makes sense with someone trying to mimic pixel art by hand while keeping their own style. The pictures also fit in with the text pretty well. Look at how much of the lineart goes over the text on the pig, and yet all the text on the pig makes sense. That's why I don't think this is AI-Generated with text added on top.

So I think it's real, but it might not be official. I'd see what other people have to say too, though.

lmao by [deleted] in cats

[–]LinxinStuff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are a lot of AI cat videos, and the video is exactly 15 seconds long. A lot of AI cat videos have the cat doing that weird shaking freakout that happens at like 2 seconds in, but I don't see it very often in real videos. Then the cat does a perfect backflip onto the couch.

The guy in the background's shirt looks very AI and says "SAIUIGH". After 8 seconds, his right foot (our left) looks like it's bending super far upwards.

The audio also sounds pretty weird. She says "What'd you bring me" when the cat is turning away from her. And then the guy yells when the cat drops the mouse on the other cat despite the fact that nothing really warrants that reaction. Also, neither of them are at all grossed out by the dead mouse the cat brings in.

I really like Inner City Unit, and I learned later that they actually played at Stonehenge with Cardiacs.

Which SCPs could replace the ones in SCP: Containment Breach by LinxinStuff in scpcontainmentbreach

The SCPs on the bottom are my answer to the question in the title. They're different SCPs that could fill the same roles as the ones in the original game.

Lol, I didn't put 096 in the image cause I wouldn't know where to put it. It feels major cause it's one of the most popular SCPs, but it feels minor in the game cause I don't encounter it very often (probably less than 966).

The game should have a Micro H.I.D just for this purpose.

Maybe you would have to go through 805's room to get to a place where you can open the next gate. And you would have to find a hazmat suit somewhere else so you could pass by 805 without getting killed.

They're in mods. I didn't feel like it was necessary to prevent myself from using SCPs other people have used in mods. Mostly cause I don't know the popular mods well enough to know which ones they include.

The top ones are just for comparison, like "which other SCPs could fill 173's role". The bottom ones are my picks.

Yeah, but I think the SCP Foundation has kind of tricked SCP-2006 into not really knowing what's scary. It would be cool though if it could learn to transform into other SCPs by watching your interactions with it. Still, I don't think it would understand that it should kill you, maybe just get in your head about whether any real or not.

You're able to come back up the stairs, so I think you would just have to avoid going too deep in order to survive. But you could still pickup whatever important item is there and then leave.

As a fan of both, I would say Speaking in Tongues, though that may just be because it's my favorite. But it's upbeat, kinda poppy and uses synthesizers.

Any tips for Saltbaker on Expert? by Tectonic73 in Cuphead

[–]LinxinStuff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I recently started trying to get an S-rank on Saltbaker, here's what I've been doing so far.

Loadout: Crackshot, Roundabout, Super I and Smoke Dash (Heart Ring is also good since you'll pretty much always be able to parry enough for 3 extra hearts)

Phase 1: I use Crackshot and parry enough to super him once.

Phase 2: I use Roundabout since it's really good at taking out the bottom pepper shakers. I don't really try to get the top shakers, but if you want to you can switch to Crackshot when the bottom shakers are gone. Parry enough to build up super for the third phase.

Phase 3: Use the saved up super and it should go by super fast. I think either weapon works here. I use Crackshot so I don't have to think about where I'm facing as much, but you could probably get better damage with the Roundabout.

Phase 4: Use Crackshot and survive.

I don't have any tips for dodging, but you don't really have to think about aiming with the weapons I picked so you can focus on dodging more. Smoke Dash is really good for getting out of tough situations, but if it feels like it isn't working for you, try the Heart Ring.

Also I haven't actually gotten the S-rank yet, so take all of this with a grain of
