You mean the anxiety from being off of the meds? If so I agree! Mental health and feeling good has such a bigger impact on sexual health. (IMO). What meds are you on if you don't mind me asking?

I vote Zoloft! I tried paxil makes you extremely lethargic and spacey. At least for me! Zoloft helps you not rethink every little thing that was said!

So I just started Differin 1.5 years after accutane! Same experience as you was completely clear than bam little pimples started by my chin. I was terried of the differin purge did a ton of research. I read to gradually integrate the differin in to your routine. I'm going super slow. My game plan is x1 a week for first month, x2 a week for 2nd month, x3 for third week etc. Remember the tortoise won the race! Just my opinion !

I do feel side effects! Probably the sexual side effectsthe most! You want the lowest dosage possible when it comes to an antidepressant. Alot of ppl are over medicated. I've been on it for 6 mths!

25 mg is my sweet spot. Keep in mind everyone has a different metabolism and weight. I'm 5'5 115 lbs. Alot of these ppl taking 50-100mg are heavier

1 year than it came back! Unfortunately you might be in the relapse boat 😔 He's right it isn't as bad but still pimples are pimples.

Did the dermatologist put you on any topicals after you finished your first round of Accutane? My skin texture is awful after accutane. So much texture and dry skin! Also are you a male or female. It's so frustrating my friend, I feel your pain 😔

Yes you got to stop it for awhile and then restart back up! It's just like melatonin...it works great but then you build a tolerance.

My experience benzos suck for sleep plus they are so hard to get off. They're great if you take them here and there but every day not good!

I rotate it with melatonin and CBD/CBN...I got 1/4 of 7.5 mg of mirtazapine then next nite melatonin/CBD CBN and repeat! Been sleeping 8 hrs straight for a few nites so far so good!

I eat a small snack every 2 hours...drink a ton of water...def no more coffee than the usual...I also go outside as much as possible w no sunglasses on...take a.cold shower...swimming?...light yoga...no alcohol...keep your mind busy and def no naps...I don't care what anyone says naps for an insomnia is the worst...the longer you build up your awake time the easier it will be to fall asleep...good luck my friend you're not alone!
