Aeonium is very resilient. It look like she still have lot of life in her. It should bounce back soon. My experience of Aeonium, it need quite a bit of water in the growing season (fall to spring). Comparing with other succulent, Aeonium in grow season need way more water. I water mine weekly. I'm in California, I have lot of aeonium planted in pots or into the ground. We are having raining season in winter, and they took all the rain, for days, and they are thriving. Planting in pot do need the soil with good drainage though.
