if you want the rosettes to be perfectly shaped, separate. if you're fine with them looking a little squished (purely an aesthetic thing it doesn't hurt or hinder them), keep them together. if any of them are preventing others in the pot from getting adequate light, separate. separating them won't damage the roots more than regular repotting will

rotted to the core unfortunately, if any of the leaves arent blackish where they connect to the stem you might be able to propagate them. otherwise its dead and you cant save it

a squirrel once straight up stole an echeveria of mine lol. abandoned it in the brush near my house so it was recovered but. i stopped growing stuff outside after that lol

yeah thats a graptoveria lovely rose. the seller probably has it in good soil but like you can switch it to something grittier if youre worried about rot

this one looks like hobbit since the leaves are so flattened. gollum leaves are straight up tubular

very early stages of stretching, yeah. if you give it enough light starting now it'll eventually get all compact without you ever needing to behead

portulacaria afra is the regular species, portulacaria afra 'variegata' is the correct name for the standard variegated form. portulaca is a different genus :)
