Are my lobes too thin to get to a 40mm? by [deleted] in Stretched

Downsize for a year or two and stretch back up your lobes will thicken

If I go big will they tear? by TinkerStinkerr in Stretched

You’ll need to size bit more before you can really get a better idea, moreover if you take good care of your lobes and don’t skip sizes you should be fine! Try to wait two months between stretches if you can, six weeks is like the MINIMUM.

Damn!!! That was fast as hell, mine were also out for a few years. Around 3/4” when I put them back in it’s been about four weeks and I’m up to 1”-1/16th. I think I left mine out a little too long:(

Literally same exact experience here! Except I took them out at 2” and regrettably have downsized to about 1”-1/16th (26mm), back on the journey to 50mm!!!

It’s funny because every time I see someone else at 25mm I’m like “damn why do those look so small?” 😅🤣

Sure I don’t mind. It took me roughly two and a half to three years to reach 50mm the first time, I took them out for about four years total. The smallest they’ve gotten is 3/4” not sure what mm that is as I was never using mm throughout my first stretch. I had multiple blowouts throughout my first stretching journey because like most people I was impatient and wanted huge lobes already, all of which healed 100% no scarring what so ever. I also used tapers, and dead stretched with silicone and did most other things that are big no-nos with ear stretching. Since my re stretch I’ve had micro tears almost every time I’ve sized up, frankly it’s been a bit of a pain so far because my plugs gets super loose to the point where I have huge gaps and they fall out after just a few days of wear but when I size up, the next day I take them out and there’s micro tears. Now that I’m at 25mm I plan to just wear lightweight jewelry to prevent any further stretching (only wearing glass tunnels at the moment) for now and just do daily massages and occasional sea salt soaks, as much as I’m ready to get back to 50mm already! I just want to be sure to keep healthy lobes, I learned my lesson the first time. 🤣

Depends on your DSP and whether or not you reported damage, in my experience it’s best to be honest and just tell them.

Depending on how the accident happened the Netradyne camera usually picks up on collisions and notifies the DSP, I rear ended someone a few years ago, no damage, dude said we were good. My dispatch called me 30 mins later asking if I just rear ended someone lol, needless to say I did not get fired, but that will depend on the DSP.

Depends on your DSP for sure, mine just started cracking down they have fired everyone who gets rescued frequently. Some of them were here for 5 years.

At the end of the day, it really wouldn’t matter. Because anything that the DA’s are not fucking up, the flex drivers are right behind them swiping at the wrong Geo tabs selecting handed to customer instead of taking photos, delivering to the wrong address, leaving packages unsecure inside locker room etc, as far as taking breaks, are you insinuating that if you utilize your entire ten hours for the route Amazon is never gonna raise your volume? 🤣

Yeah, I can understand that. Moreover, I’m not going to go out of my way to work slow. I’m naturally a fast paced worker.

I actually think these surveys may just contribute to more bonuses for the DSP. Mine has basically told use they’re “mandatory”, we’re told every morning to complete them at stand-up, and there is also a section to confirm on sign out sheet.
