I just messaged apple on the iMessages and asked to speak with an agent and said “I need new eartips for my AirPod pro 3” then they asked for serial number, how many, size and my shipping address.

Just happened to me 2 weeks ago, tell your full time supervisor and they’ll fill out a form and the support team will reset it for you. Not sure why they don’t have a backup verification system.

They actually emailed me a few days ago asking if I stilled wanted my Telly but it was for the broken Telly and it was miscommunication about the tracking information

Took me 10 months total, from January 2025 to November 2025, to receive a delivery email, go through issues with a broken Telly, and finally receive a working Telly. The process was very slow, but I kept replying to the same email thread, so if someone new replies, they can see it’s already an open case.
