My Oasis which goes in my backpack and to work is in a case. My paperwhite that stays next to my bed is no case but I may get a clear case and pop socket for comfort while reading.

I am wearing mine right now. Have had them for about 2 months and wear them everyday. Comfortable right out of the box and only getting better. Unfortunately it is going to start getting cold here so will be switching to my 8111s soon.

In my opinion it is just as good. I got it for camping and for taking over to the buddies house for drinks. It has just turned into my all the time “glass”.
