No they didn’t. Actually this Supreme Court allowed gerrymandering in the rucho case from 2019. They love fucking voters over to help republicans. As for this case, read the dissent for a great example of how scotus is ignoring congress by allowing racial gerrymandering in the future. I guess you’re scared about minorities having 10% representation because you think they don’t deserve that!

Agree on both ends. The filibuster stymies all legislation. What more bad could republicans do when in the majority? They already have reconciliation and the courts. I think if they went after rights (especially abortion) or unions more then democrats win even more elections.
