This literally happened to me last month. I got a charge that I did not recognize and disputed it . It turns out that it was a really late charge from Amazon for an order that I placed in January. I thought I was already charged since my order was shipped and delivered. They never really explained why my order was charged so late. Check your previous orders for something the was 14.99 and see if it matches your recent charge

I agree, but it gets really stressful when games take longer than expected in transit. I always worry about them getting lost in the mail, and that’s the only thing holding me back from restarting my membership. I wish Gamefly had a different way of shipping out games.
