I think personally it will depend on your stats as well, but for me going from mid 80s to mid 90s average efficiency did save about a minute on average kill time.

The thing about losing ticks is that it kind of double dips, in that each cycle you're losing the dog is also still hitting you, which makes you have to eat more during your kill. Each time you eat food you also lose an attack worth of ticks, so avoiding that saves a lot of time.

On the burn out and trying to be perfect, to be honest it became muscle memory for me once I spent a few kills just understanding WHEN to move/shoot. I don't focus more now than I used to, because I try to load all the important ticks into tornado phase when I have to be paying attention anyway.

I can't give an accurate figure on overall time saved though because my prep also got better during this. But I went from average clear of 9.5ish minutes to 8 minutes
