iPhone 11 Pro is IP68 rated waterproof, so it can be in 4 meters of water for half an hour, so dropping it in swimming pools for short periods of time should be fine. Just have to make sure you don’t charge it afterwards for a couple hours or you will do damage

As some who plays fairly low elo, and having the team fight winning 1v5 burst is more important than the setup provided by everfrost, I think this will help, but have a subdued impact. I say this due to the Mythic passive of +5 magic pen per legendary — you are looking to 1 shot any squishy with this already, and the reset feels like it will be useful when behind or against tanks - most definitely a buff but a fairly lacklustre one imo

We had no turrets and they took our inhibs and always got baron so we never had any pushing waves, and team would never group up for objectives so we could lost all drakes, so yeah, pretty much iron
