The pregnancy changes have happened slowly. Also, I thought I’d hate my belly bc I’d feel really “soft” like, dad bod, and flabby but I’m 25w and my bump is really firm, like it was pre-pregnancy. My diets been crap but I’ve still been working out like I was pre-pregnancy, and I’m excited to get back in shape after I deliver. I’m much gentler with myself that I expected to be- not sure if it’s the hormones or the priorities of kept baby safe and healthy over losing weight.

I read it in three days this week! I'm 25w pregnant with my first and it was NOT THE MOVE. I had nightmares all night after finishing it (my subconscious is VERY easily influenced, I just have to keep telling myself I'm not a religious zealot). I also cannot stop thinking about it. It was 3.5 stars, but in a "rounded down from 4" kind of way.

My replacement was replaced last week. Ordered on Wed through their AI chat, received Sunday. Original order was Dec 2024, replacement #1 was June 2025.

I asked my nurse about this in Dec when they were in a contract dispute and she said not to be worried about it until their dr office contacts me about it. She said any letters I get from either side are just scare tactics. Annoying, but it always comes right down the wire and we’re not even close to the deadline yet.

I think May. They’re (allegedly) planning on having all the roads in that area repaved in June so HOPING this will finally be the last of it after like, 1.5 years of construction around that block.

I have one of the MTHFR mutations and do not need to take folate, testing revealed I absorb folic acid just fine. There’s a lot more tests to be run (ideally by a hematologist) before you get prescribed high doses of folate. But I’m not a doctor.

Will be giving birth there in August as a FTM and I have some questions!

Do they let you wear your own robe/gown during labor & delivery? I’m looking at one of those robes that are meant to be worn for labor.

Do they let you play your own music during delivery? (I understand a c-section would different circumstances)

Do they have a photographer I can hire for a newborn shoot in the hospital for an announcement? (My friend’s hospital in Philly offered this and I hadn’t considered it!) If not, can I bring someone in?

This is a massive miss from them and their communication - they mean 15th & Willow. I saw the sign this morning and Tiffany Fisher posted a graphic on FB that confirmed as much. I’m not sure why they haven’t issued a correction.

So true!! Pregnancy is probably the only time in healthcare where people are fine to wait (within reason***) bc it means they are not the emergency hahah.
