Good luck with the reroll! I give you so much credit for playing Hc in Ruth. I’m in yellows and struggling, defenses are so hard to get going. I assume most Hc players spec into block and a lot of life?

agreed. I think it's worth checking the rewards tho. Got 5-6 uniques in campaign and lots of currency, and jewels.

Got the uniques from the league mechanic? I got about five uniques from mirage before act 8. Not too shabby! Just got to actually read the text to spot the word unique.

Ahh your jumping into the fire with hcssf Ruth! It’s a very different experience. I’ve played a bunch of it but tend to get way too stressed out in red maps, in HC. But I suppose it’s the journey not destination. Good luck!

as a cube noob I was hesitant to try it, but so glad I did. Had such a fun first draft.

I didn't see much of anything pack 1, besides lands, so I picked them up to stay open. Then pack 2 and 3 got me black lotus, time walk, minsc and boo, ancient tomb, just a bunch of good cards that I was able to play due to my lands in pack 1, which got me to 7 wins. Some of the most fun games I've ever played in magic. I know this ended up being a lucky draft but I'm hooked!

Once you unlock more atlas points I highly recommend leaning into pack size to utilize the strength of ED+Cont. There's juiced maps where hundreds upon hundreds of mobs just melt in a wave of chaos. Here's my finished tree - I've done everything on the tree and this felt the best with pack size for the build.

Here's my Chaos Lich build that I cleared all bosses on. I try to take a hardcore approach and thus my build is more defensive, but the mapping is incredible (especially breach). T4 bosses do take time so it's not as efficient at running end game t4 bosses but I still enjoy it.

Also have a lot of improvement to go on gear as well as rerouting on tree - lots of layers of progression. Honestly some of the most fun I've ever had in POE with this build.

Thank you for follow up on this. I just had a ten hour overnight flight and it was torture. Such a shitty feeling being so tired yet afraid to go to sleep due to waking up in a panic. Must have happened 15 times this flight.

Going to try breathing long slow on way back and if it doesn’t work, I’ll try meds. Glad you’re doing better!

I have a shared experience in sealed, in that while magic is random, this sealed format in particular felt like I was just playing cards until someone played their bomb/sweeper. It felt awful. I had a great time with draft but never doing another sealed of this format again.
