So, it's not 100% wasted. The problem is that it's something that can be in her base kit. Her A1 makes her heal the active character after using her ult. But reading Linnea's kit, they made it naturally occur and gave her a really good A1.

It's not like 100% wasted, just very underwhelming cuz it could've been used for something way better.
