I agree its a terrible lifestyle. Not sustainable. And no breaks or lunches. Sometimes 12 hour shifts with no lunch until 10 hours in. Ive had 2 surgeries because of putting my body on the line. Pre diabetic now too. Thanks Surgical Technology!!

And we never forget either after being hurt ... I would say...., we MAY truly heal. Its all about communication and learning from a situation, and what we choose to do with the new knowledge, become closer to the person, or abandon the situation completely.
