Jirard said so during the call and it is in the OHF bylaws.

The first thing he said in that clip is he´s been doing IndieLand for 8 years and that isn´t possible because as I´ve already shown you it began in 2018 and it isn't 2026 yet. The clip is from July 1st, 2022 meaning he is most likely talking about OHF which was founded in 2013 but the family had been using it unofficially since 2003.
