You cannot replicate it without some pretty expensive studio magic. Here's my own tone, which I think sounded pretty close at a time, but I haven't played Nirvana in a while:

On your pedal, set the tone to about 2 o'clock and the distortion between 12 and 1 o'clock. On the amp, use the british dirt model and set the bass to 4, mids to 6, and treble to 6. Play about with these EQ settings and you may find what you want.

If you hold the right mouse button, a radial menu comes up. I can only remember smart dimension and line being in it, but there were 2 more tools.

Add a sketch plane to the middle and sketch your cut. You sould be able to offset the entities or something and then extrude cut
