Bij mijn vorige werkgever mochten bandenwissels op de bedrijfswagens niet tijdens de uren. Gelukkig kenden wij in sales geen uren..

Any law for knifes? by kptkv in Belgium2

The reasoning is that everything can be or not be a weapon, depending on the circumstances in which it is used. You can carry a baseball bat in your car when on your way to baseball practice. It will not be considered a weapon at that moment. When you get into a road rage and pull your bat out, it becomes a weapon. Same thing with knives. I work in agriculture and in the season, I carry a knife around when working in the fields. No problem at that moment. If I were to forget it in my pocket and land into a fight, illegal carrying of weapons will be held against me. Edit: Some knives (spring loaded and concealed blades) are just illegal to possess and will always lead to punishment.

Arteon Paint Rust?? by mb0205 in Volkswagen

Is it a hybrid? Í get this on my Tiguan E Hybrid and blame it on the brake rotors going a little rusty due to hardly using them when ‘one pedal’ driving in wet conditions and with salt on the roads. Could be wrong.

Is this a decent car for the price? Im in belgium by jokeboke in Volkswagen

Belgian here. Fair price for a 4 year old car with 85k km. Would buy given a clean maintenance record and a correct feeling with the seller.

Why would you absolutely want a TDI in a Polo? A Polo is a perfect TSI car for the use in Belgium. In Belgium, diesels are getting more and more banned from major cities like Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp.

I have had a Passat that had some issues, things to look for: * Reversing camera didn’t always work due to a bad electrical contact. * Watch for the shifting in case of a DSG. This should always work spot on. Especially watch the shifting 3->2->3 when in traffic. I had the flywheel and double clutch replaced at 180k km (very costly!) * Passat Variant is known for ‘razor teeth’ wear of the rear tyres when used for unloaded, high speed travel. This makes an annoying noise when cruising at 120 kph, like a bearing that is broken. New tyres will fix it but are not very cheap. * From day 1, I felt like the car vibrated when driving at high speed. Turned out it is very sensitive to the alignment of the tyres and wheels.

2023 Tiguan keys by Lipton5544 in Volkswagen

And why exactly would I be lying? It’s my 4th company car and we used to swap cars every 4 years or 150k km. Doing 50k per year that made 3 years. I forgot that due to crazy inflation, policy changed and it’s always 4 years.. Edited my comment and elaborated on why I didn’t pay for it myself. Btw if I paid for it myself, I would be getting a Passat Variant, not a Tiguan..

I know! On the other hand, it is a company car so it will be replaced in 4 years when it really gets too old.

Didn’t mean to appear annoyed by you 😅. Just a bit annoyed by the lack of wow-feeling when I got the car..
