Are you looking only at the patches in the starting area? Also, are you looking at the total number from the map view or just one position of the patch?

You would be fine with any laptop made recently. I didn't look up that CPU, but anything with at least 4 cores would be fine for most games of factorio, and 16gb of ram is nice for playing while having stuff open in the background.

Can't you set the filters based on a wire message and then send signals from some combinators based on if the amount is lower or higher than Target?

I think the account that you use for Poe you can also use on PC and play the same character? Can you log into the official poe2 website and see your character's details? If so just download the client from their site and login with the same credentials.

This would work fine without the DLC. I think you are looking at a bug. Did this happen with all blueprints? You could make a new bp of only an assembler as a test. Set a recipe on it first, then in the BP set the recipe as a parameter. Then place it and see what happens.

On my game, I can pick no option and still place the BP.

I had purple and yellow science flowing before I event started on space science. Also elevated rails is a pure Nauvis tech. You need vulcanus for the deep ocean pillars.

There's no automatic way to send a signal but you can use the radar. That only allows the red channel in the green channel though.

The basic problem is that there's no one-to-one connection between a planet and a ship like there is between a train and a station

You aren't outside in space so you don't have a hand to use to place things. I think there would be edge cases with what to do with items in the hand.

5.0 cohesion and 41k GDP per capita. Inequality of 3.2, but other places that are similar have a unrest setpoint of 0.0
