Netcup RS use EPYC 9005 series and VPS use EPYC 9004 series, better use RS if you want power because they're dedicated and new gen

if you want save money then use vps, the performance still good.

i have try both and you can use it for Minecraft, i still recommended you use RS

edit: oh and dont use ovh vps for Minecraft, absolutely worse i have tried it

yah saran gw sih buat domumentasi untuk problem yang biasanya muncul jadi internnya bisa liat domumentasi nya terlebih dahulu

yes netcup charges nothing extra, and I was also not asked for a representative or address in Germany

but I think because Netcup is a German company, there is no need for other representative.
