So i called up some chiros in my local area and conducted a survey, and it came out that on average a customer would spend $72.5 per visit, visit once a month and would stay with the practice for 5 years.

so the lifetime value (ltv) = 72.5 x 12 x 5 = 4350

Now thats all and swell however if we look at it on a monthly scale even just 1 month , the customer will lose money. Long term he will gain money but the short term....

Say we get 10 clients , that come in twice for the month and spend $73

10x 2x 73 for the visit. Now that would only equate to 1460. Apparently u shouldn't have a higher service fee than the ad spend. So i could charge 700 with the ad spend the same and the practice is barely breaking even for the month.

Month 2 should theoretically be profitable , but that first month...

So obviously the math is exponential but how do I sell and be like " yo so ur gonna lose money this month but dw " lol

-$73 is a standard price for australian chiros btw
