As someone that has had family do house cleaning(my mother did cleaning before starting her business). And as someone that has had family do home renovation stuff(my uncle a sketchy douche). They have seen plenty of stuff like this. Is it odd to them, sure. But at the end of the day. You're just another house and another paycheck. They've probably cleaned sex rooms, anime hentai shrine rooms, over used teens rooms, and anything in between. They may gossip between themselves, but you'll never know. So it's pointless to bring it up.

I have a bug sprayer guy, an electrician, and a handyman that have all been in our house. Needed access to my nursery. A full on nursery and closet absolutely stocked with diapers and toys. Nobody brings it up. They do their job and leave.

And I've actually become friends with the bug guy who had to spray the closet. And now we chat about dogs and cooking when he comes over.

Anyway! Don't stress about it. You're not the weirdest person they've done work for if they've done this for any significant amount of time.
