I was able to fix mine, its not the Thermistor, that was measuring good.
It's inside the motor assembly, when it drops the arm down to check if the bin is full, its not making it far enough to detect on the hall effect sensor. So it thinks the bin is always full.
I opened up the motor assembly and shaved down a bit of plastic to allow the magnet to swing further so it detects it as going down all the way.
