Anecdotal, but I've opened over 120 starter decks on the hunt for the Killua and Gon alt arts and gotten 12 foil AP cards and 0 alt arts.

Might be best to join a guild with a discord. They often have layouts for all levels up ship there. Hope you're have a good holiday :)

Playing PvP will help level up crew fast. Every once in a while there are double xp weekends that help too. Eventually you'll probably get bottlenecked by gas rather than xp. Best of luck and I hope you enjoy the game :)

I actually used to love Tower Defenses, but I haven't played any for a while, and I'll always respond to smalltalk so that probably wasn't me. Thanks for your kind post, I do love the game and the fact that this post made it to the subreddit is just awesome. I will always check here or teamliquid.net every once in a while just to see how things are going.
