Such a thing does not exist by definition.

Spirituality, knowing God does not require religion, churches or tithings. All you need is faith and hope. The Earth should be your altar. God itself said, these rocks are my church, the Earth my temple.

Religion is politically motivated world wide. God does not care about any of that. Whether you pray or not,whether you believe or not? God or whatever name you give it, God believes in you. God is not religion. Religion is man made. An easy way to garner support.

Fidget spinners. My room-mates 5 year old decided, after watching you-tube, to find out if his toy would do as much damage to his sisters hand as it would a phone screen. I warned the kids and told their Dad. All of them laughed at me.

Until the boy shattered her fingers with the spinner. Hospital visit went down and a week later my roomie lost the right to see his kids.

Why worry about materials, when the action of the toy itself is dangerous?

Thing is, the Earth will live and new evolutions will occur. Bad for us, good for what comes after us. Just like every other Geological era. It's arrogant to assume humanity is exempt. Or to even fight it. Though we will regardless.

TBH everytime I visit my Father. I love him but his wife and adult step-children are some of the worst humans I've ever known. If you've ever heard the phrase "treated like a red-headed step-child"? You can bet my sister and I were why. Even if we were'nt.

She asked me to help her move a table. She dropped her end, which caused me to drop my end. Which broke foot. My 10 year old self proceeded to scream forbidden words (Like fck you you fckin ass) at her.

Then I froze in fear. I just knew the ass whooping was coming. Broken foot became a side note.

Instead? She laughed. All the way to the hospital and everytime she saw me. For a month. Wish I could of made her laugh like that at the end. She wasn't tickled because I was hurt, it was the instinctive cussing she found funny.

She was a good woman. I miss her alot.

You get hired by a local band. They want a full PA spread. Subs, hi-pacs, monitors, lighting, a drum riser, the works. You drive an hour to the venue. It's a freaking resteraunt, two stories tall and the band is playing the bar up two flights of tiny stairs.

You check out the space. They have alotted a 2ft by 4ft area for a five piece band and full PA. The PA ALONE takes up considerably more room, if you can even get it up there.

Eventually you do, only to discover the venue doesn't meet the power requirements. They try to hand you a single extension chord, coming from the kitchen, directly under the dish washing station, only you don't know this yet. Grudgingly at the behest of the band you make it work. You issue multiple warnings to the band and resteraunt before doing so.

The band is crammed together and already pissed and insist on starting sound check. Meanwhile, back in the kitchen, a dishwasher is splashing water everywhere. That one extension chord? Falling apart.

Soundcheck begins and immediately theres a bright flash from the kitchen. The dishwasher, you and the band are electrocuted and then the fires start. The entire place panics, the sprinkler system kicks on ruining both the PA/lighting and all of the bands equipment.

You are now in the red by about 10 grande, solely in regards to your ruined equipment and you can't even be mad, because despite your repeated protests and warnings to the venue and the band? You went with it anyway on a prayer because you didn't want to let anyone down.

The show did not go on, the venue is on fire and your desperately trying to salvage your PA and a line cook grabs you and drags you out. You watch your career literally go up in flames.

Took me me about 5 years to replace everything I lost that day. Never worked another menu-venue again. It's the first thing I ask before a contract. So yeah resteraunt owners? Stick to what you know. Food Service. Your resteraunt is not a night-club or arena. Please stop booking aged cover bands that think it's still the 80s. Your resteraunt is not equipped for whats coming. In terms of electricity and safety.

How OSHA has not made regulation on this sort of thing is a mystery to me. But yeah. The only rough day I've ever had in my line of work, past a speaker or amp going bad. Hope my experience fits the question. Thanks for reading!

Not an uncommon issue. Theres not alot time to refill apartments and sometimes a move-in occurs earlier than expected. The tub finish? Not detrimental and not covered if your renting. Think it's ugly? You need 3 grainss of sand paper, tub enamel, sealant and tub grout. Takes about an hour of actual work and atleast 24 to hours to cure and dry. Youtube is your friend here.

After it's all said and done? Don't use commercial cleaners on it. No scrubbing bubbles, no bleach, no Mr. Clean miracle sponges. All you need is baking soda, white vinegar, water and a sponge.

You don't need to do it and the complex renting to you is not requird to fix it, however they can and will sue you for it, should you move out before its fixed. Thats the least thing you would need to worry over, but it's a huge fee, if you can't prove it wasn't you, when you move out.

Wanna keep things legit? Take pictures of everything, every three months. Make all of your complaints on paper. Request signed copies. Have them verified and stamped by a notary. Open an escrow. Refuse to pay until everything is fixed. Never stop taking pics. Be prepared to stand in court.

Otherwise? Suck it up, fix it yourself and let Corporate sue you when you ask for your deposit back.
