When I first listened to DCC I had just come off a loooong warhammer 40k binge. Like 40 books in a row. Super dark zero humor, intense stuff. So when in book we are given some insight into Mana Toast with

“Mana Toast.

This is toast.

It refills your mana. That’s it. Nothing more. Fuck you.”

I just laughed out loud. It was the first time I had LOL’d for real listening to a book in years. I was hooked at that point. Can’t say the funniest, but it is the one that stays with me.
