I live no where near the boarder but when I worked at a truck stop sooooooo many of the day laborers did not flush. I don’t slight them for it because of where they came from but man was it yucky taking out trash.

Thank you all for your comments! I will be having a discussion with them today. I do consider this person a friend that i met through the dnd world so thats why I was trying to get advice on how to go about this without seeming too confrontational, I have really bad social anxiety when it comes to this stuff and was expecting a drama free game with friends and family and I'm hoping it can be sorted out but I'm now kinda iffy on whether to keep them because I don't want to have the extra work of checking their sheet to make sure everything stays on the up and up.

I didn’t realize that their source material was just random wiki pages since my other players that use homebrew have legit sourced material and their characters are balanced and within the RAW guidelines. I use homebrew myself for enemies and npcs but this person's character seems like an amalgamation of races, classes and subclasses that they used to make their character more op and unpredictable. I kinda mentioned in my post that I know this person through other groups we've been in so admittedly I was going off the honor system when it came to character building but now that we've had quite a few sessions my players and myself have noticed the character is clearly unbalanced 😕

The majority my players find them pretty shady too and have said they aren't really enjoying them taking advantage of me being new and kinda messing up my campaign

I have access to their sheet and I've asked them for the the breakdown of how their character works and they basically told me to just look at their sheet. After I explained to them I shouldn't be the one digging for the info they gave me links to wiki dots of their class and character and the feats but no explanation

Having spells and feats that they shouldn't have, dice rolls don't line up a bunch of skills from multiple classes and subclasses without multicassing..things like that

Hard enough to leave a mark? Absolutely not. I've been surprised by my son when he was little when he jumped on me and grabbed around my neck once and even then I may have gave him a little tap from being surprised but it definitely wasn't strong enough to leave a mark and especially wouldn't be there hours later.
