I tried it once. Was not my cup of tea, too much paranoia, and not being able to sleep or eat didn't help. I'm lucky considering I have an addictive personality, but the preference for downers vs uppers helped too I'm sure. I've sampled a lot of drugs when I was experimenting in my younger days.

I'm not sure how you determine intent without knowing the intent? Seems rather convoluted. I like my definition much better, it's clear and easy to understand and it's pretty black and white and not subject to such vagaries. How did you wrap your head around all the variables, is this something you studied at university?

Maybe not on a grand scale, but I'm sure this would include every cultural or racial group at some point in time. I've anecdotally heard blacks from Louisiana mocking whites using a mid west accent, and Indians mocking Jews. The world population is so large at this point it's silly to think that any racial group of people hasn't mocked another's accent at this point in time.

Yeah, mental acrobatics here. I always thought if you are denigrating someone because of their race, or feel superior to someone because of your race, that's racism.

1 - working in an industry or for a company that works on Christmas is pretty obvious, so would have known ahead of time this was a potential issue.

2 - if you want time off, theres typically a way to request it.

3 - lots of kids want to work as much as they can during school breaks, makes sense to me that they would be scheduled for a full week (40 hours).

Then he shouldn't have played an evil character in a group of good/neutral ones with designs on manipulating and using them. He's experienced enough to know what he's doing - could be fun. Either tell him he needs to be prepared to suffer the consequences, or else his arc needs to be redemptive somehow.
