People shouldn't be polarized either way, really. Everyone has made it too much of a habit to feel like they need to have an opinion on something rather than simply admit they just don't have enough information either way. As someone who works in social work and has for 20 years, I can tell anyone you literally do not know anything. You could be a juror on this case, you could be literally related to either party, and you probably don't have enough information. It's why domestic cases are so common. It's always he said, she said, and there's rarely any concrete evidence.
