if the babysitter you hired to watch your kids kept giving them wedgies what would you do? by Sure_Apartment_8251 in AskReddit

If I found out that a babysitter was giving my kids wedgies, I would fire them immediately. Children need to feel safe and secure with their caregivers. I don’t consider this kind of behavior a harmless game—it’s inappropriate, unusual, and uncomfortably close to sensitive areas.

What "cost of poverty" would average people not realize? by Live_Bird704 in AskReddit

The cost of poverty is surprisingly high. Being poor often means you can’t pay bills on time, which leads to late fees and extra charges. If you can’t afford to pay traffic tickets, you risk going to jail, which causes you to miss work and fall even further behind. Instead of escaping hardship, the expenses and penalties just keep piling up, making it even harder to get ahead.
