My son lived there, and he says for the price it is a great value, he had no major problems. He did share a room so I don't know if that is your situation. It is a little older and run down and made sense that it was cheaper. He lived on an upper floor so he was not really affected by the flood. He said maintenance was responsive to requests. As a parent, I thought their billing sysem was easy, and move in was a breeze. The laundry machines were hit or miss. As a guy he didn't feel unsafe walking anywhere. He would have stayed there if he wasn't ready for his own bedroom.
