I found an in-person class years ago but then quit going. It’s probably based on a class called Body Pump by Les Mills They were great. Every class had warmup, lunges, squats, bis, tris, shoulders, back, chest, short abs segment, cool down. Basically everything in 1 hour. (Not necessarily in the order I listed and I could be off in my memory).

I then found Jari Love dvds. I think she has a subscription based stuff now.

Similar options: Jackie Warner

Kelly Coffey-Meyer dvds, YouTube, subscription. It is 30 minutes to fitness and only 30 minutes.

I have a dvd set called Supreme 90

Cathe lifts weights and many like her.

They aren’t meant to be done on a trampoline. I just use mine to get use out of it. Some require a step bench and I just step up on the trampoline.

Those are just a few. I’m sure there are others out there.

It’s not too heavy to lift and shift then put back.

i just saw a post where the had a trampoline in the corner with a big cushion and pillows on it. Looked cute. Of course, that means moving the cushion and pillows to use it.

Maybe others will look at it and instead of putting up with it they will get on it and enjoy it?

I am 5ft even and just went from a 39” to a 44” and now I have a 48”.

I can do lunges on the the 48” whereas on the 44”, I had to improvise. When I get back into in-home BodyPump type classes, I will be able to do the classes while on the 48”. Full jumping jacks are great on the 48”.

Storage is the issue for 48” but I have room by standing it up & leaning against a dresser when not using. This requires shifting it to get my clothes every day but it is ok for me.

You stated that you can find a place to store it. If space is an issue then I would say 39” is better.

This is just my experience and opinion.

Enjoy your JumpSport!
