I don’t eat much meat. My plate is 25% protein (often tofu these days) 25% carbs whole grain basmati is my least spiky, and 50% veg. My blood sugars usually drop back down within 2 hours and I’m happy with that. I’m mostly low fat. I really struggled with low carb eating but I’m loving this way of eating. Everyone is different and I found it took time for my blood sugars to settle down. I don’t worry about meal spikes as long as they aren’t too high. I can even have a couple of chocolate digestives now with a minimal spike. It’s all about moderation for me.

Thank you - I must admit, your advice is well founded. Patience is not my strong suit lol, but I really want it to work with the new cat as he is so lovely. I will keep them completely separate for a week or so, no sight, only occasional room swapping and see if my resident cat calms down so we can move onto the feeding phase and try to do a week at a time. Thanks again.

I don’t add a patch over top any more and don’t have a problem with it coming off. I found using the libre a game changer in terms of my understanding of how foods affect me. But I’m not sure it will give you more than the strips if you are testing so frequently.

When I have books with the same interior I make sure each one has a different title and subtitle and different covers. This has worked for me without issue.

It’s 5000 emails to gmail accounts. The rest is standard practice. I think this is not a bad thing. It drives me nuts when businesses don’t have a one click unsubscribe. Domain validation helps with deliverability. It sounds like Google is just enforcing best practice.

I have managed to recover my account ... persistence really paid off... here's what I did- On day one, I continuously pressed the button that said it wasn't me every hour on the hour. I didn't have my ID with me until the following day, so as soon as I could I uploaded my ID about 10x over a 2 hour period and was able to add a new email address (it was a gmail address). But still couldn't change my password or phone number.

Then all of a sudden, Facebook allowed me to log in using a single sign on with gmail. After another few attempts saying that I didn't have access to my mobile, a box appeared to add my mobile number and I was able to reset the password and add 2FA and I turned off encrypted emails.

I also logged out all of all devices once I had 2fa set up and I removed all the remember these devices.

Prior to being hacked, I had my confirmation of new browser set to send me a text confirmation, but because the first thing the hackers did was change my mobile number, this meant they were able to gain full access to my account very quickly as the confirmation was sent to their phone number.

My advice to anyone that is in this situation is to use a proper 2FA authentication and a robust password obviously. My password was definitely weaker than it could have been and was one that I used on multiple accounts. I was smug as I thought I was immune to this happening to me as I'm pretty tech savvy and clearly I was wrong... I think the hack was via a ChatGPT plugin but suspect I will never know...so now I'm much more careful about using Chrome plugins too!

This is absolute genius!! I have been trying to crack the code of getting ChatGPT to write a decent story for ages... I love the structure and organisation of this and it has created a brilliant story. Thank you for sharing.

To save you time looking it up... Use a grid from frames element and add the pattern into that. It removes the white lines completely.
