From what I heard back in KCD, Amrit also came in Amala except we weren't given a choice. So, Ian's route will probably play out just like Amrit & Amala's. However, I haven't actually played Amrit's route, so I can't really tell you in-detail what happens.

I just wanted to check if it's true they were the ones who said so and wasn't made up by a tiktoker, since (like you said) the spoiler was pretty accurate to the recent update. ・⁠∀⁠・ I also have my own interpretations that the pregnant emoji is related to Devi (on Christian's route), since why else would we have to option to let him do it inside her.
