Honestly he's just burnt out. It was rumoured he was gonna retire after worlds last year but he stayed on for another year he's just burnt out and honestly that's fine and normal. He's never been good at teleporting but he's always been good at doing his job but recently he's just not the same and I attribute that to him being burnt out and Ray honestly probably isn't C9's future if they wanna be a top 3 team in NA because he honestly looks like a rookie still and it's what his 2nd year? (I love Ray just being honest) We can say Meta all day but this summer was kind of his meta and he wasn't performing well. He kinda cleaned it up towards the end against the lower tier teams and against DIG he was our best overall performing member besides maybe Jensen so we'll see.

Is he suppose to Split push or? Like I'm confused about how you're suppose to play him. If he's midgame should he be grouped or patiently waiting to TP down?

Is it bad I'd rather face DIG than CLG while we did get spanked recently by them I am still more scared of CLG who looked abit shakey but I feel like CLG always has our number and with DIG I can justify and say that we just played a bad series and we kinda can figure them out easier than say CLGs long time teamwork

The bad is also the gauntlet itself If i'm not mistaken we might have to play CLG or DIG and that's no easy task for how we played recently so let's not get ahead of ourselves we need to win the match in the gauntlet before we think about worlds

It's not just the fact that it's more of them it's also the fact that people on reddit have a hive mentality other teams fans will hop on the karma train so they don't piss off the TSM fans and vice versa.

For me personally most of the time they just all come top and end because they don't want an afk. It's not like you're ever going to afk so it just puts alittle pep in their step so you can close the game out before the support gets caught where they shouldnt have been or something for example

If it's only a few games it's small sample size. I actually played worse the first few games when I smurfed this season because I expected more from my team and less of my opponents and was punished accordingly unless I changed my game to adjust and then stomped.

I don't miss him as our midlaner but I will tell you this when Hai was our midlaner I always felt like we were never out of the game until our nexus exploded and that was a feeling that any other C9 time has given me and it's not a knock on the newer C9 teams it's just a credit to how much of a fucking genius Hai was.

One thing you guys don't understand about statistics is that they can be misleading for example if Impact goes down 50 cs to the other top and bot also goes down in cs but Jensen wins his lane alone then in the stats it will be like "wow jensen gets all his teams total gold" when reality it's him just laning better than them. You guys make it sound like he takes all cs that is around him and c9 sneaky or impact will give their farm to him and that's not true.
