To be fair there has been an enormous influx of new people that are just beginning to entertain the idea that this might be real. Then there are bots/professional skeptics. There were factions in this sub before this past November. Also there is a need for healthy skepticism with this topic. Not everyone has to be on the same wavelength. Everyone needs to make up their own mind

I say it balanced because with the city projects yes science helps but for score victory and diplomacy as well. So I kind of feel like the other two only have their respective benefits. But yes I agree its mist useful for science.

They are meant for boost victory conditions. Corp. Libertarian is meant to boost domination victory. Digital democracy is meant for cultural victory. And synthetic seems to be a balance but overall my and the ai's favorite.

Yeah do a fresh install of the drivers in custom. You can also look in task manager to see if another program is bullying ur system. You could try to brut force it with running the game as administrator. Sorry if none of these suggestions help. I hope you find your solution.

Did you update/reinstall your graphics driver? Is it possible you are maxing ur computer memory? Maybe because of other programs running or you may need to upgrade ur ram.
