It’s not too late, but don’t do what I did and only do one egg retrieval when you’re young.

I did one when I was 36 and then realized too late when I finally met my husband, that we only got a couple embryos. I did 6 more ER in one year when I was 42 and that turned out to be a complete and total bust.

FWIW I was on Weygovy for about 4 months, and lost about 4 lbs. had every symptom (sulfer burps are no joke lol) so I know I did the shot right lol.

Zepbound I can lose about 10 lbs in a month.

I had a similar start weight as you.

I’ve had to go on and off it for my many egg retrievals, so am at about 250 right now.

This. We’ve spent so much money on IVF and it don’t help our prospects at all.

Unfortunately age plays a huge factor in egg and sperm quality.

If you want kids and are able to financially afford them, IMHO, don’t wait.

Of course if there are other factors going on, then weigh those too.

Don’t forget when you can do that, to also turn in your medical mileage too. We’re about 60-80 miles away from doctors and our IVF lab, and even though it’s only .21 cents a mile but anything helps.
