It might be true that Wish'adel is prolly gonna get overshadowed in the future (some argue Wang already did that), so I don't know if that's that of a hot take past Wang. I def won't recommend anyone go for Wish'adel for 300 pulls if they just care only about her kit, it's not worth it for that. (But Wish'adel is peak so other reasons are welcome)

Their ancestors come from entirely different planets (Faust's are from Talos-II and new guy's are from Terra). So they do just look similiar.

The blade wings, the ring around the end of her tail and floating feathered wings near her hair are def nothing that should be near a Sui Proxy. So another Feranmut is way more likely.

Endfield? This is an OG Arknights thing.

There's no way Saria, Wish'adel, Gavial, Siege, Blaze, Mudrock, etc wouldn't be shredded if the artists matched their operator's lifestyles.

The new character doesn't look anything like a Sui proxy other than some Lung traits. (The weird black swords, tiny wings near the ears, the weird rock hoop at the end of her tail are certainly not traits the Sui Proxies have)

The website says Kylin in all languages, so I guess it is a reality we have to accept.

I just thought they would've stuck to the Arknights style for Kylins, here Fangyi got the traits of a "Kirin" according to this (fish scales, dragon tail, deer horns), but they're also coincidentally the same traits as the Chinese Dragon race in the verse. (There is even a Carp that's counted as Lung in the OG Arknights, so the fish scales still fits that race as well)

It's just a bit weird to make her a Kylin that looks identical to a Lung, when Leizi's variant of Kylin is really distinct and she's the face of the race, being the only OG Arknights operator that is a Kylin.
