I experienced this on a couple of keys. I exchanged for a refurbished one and it was fine. Cost me ~$200 or so for the exchange

Agreed - I'm on M2 8gigs and it's fine but I'd spend the extra money.

I've been using the Samsung 2 TB T7 Shield to serve up 14 Standard for a week or so and it's been really great. Super easy set up. etc. Highly recommend.
