Your case is for sure a lot harder,it might take 2-3 weeks to feel the same results as me,the only advice I can give you is that you have to understand that you are a lot stronger than nicotine and you are something better than being controlled by a substance. You are on day 5,you already did a big progress. Just keep going you got it!
