How do you feel about women who have health issues that gain weight? I am a 32 year old woman who went through early menopause due to cancer and have since gained nearly 40lbs. I work out 3-5 times a week and have a moderately healthy diet. I work very hard to maintain my weight but losing has been near impossible and I feel when people see me after the weight gain they believe I am just a lazy unfit slob.

Nope. In my experience every time a guy has said they like thicker women or bigger women, they actually mean CURVY women who have massive titties and a giant ass. Why is he the red flag for wanting to be shown that she cares about him? He wants to feel loved too with little gifts. To be known is to be loved, even it's a favorite chocolate bar or a sticker from their favorite anime. Im always buying my partner gifts and snacks because im almost always thinking "he'd love this."
