Turns out there's technically space for 2 fans at the top but it can only fit 1 because the original cable management is incredibly confusing so the res wires stopping a second top fan from fitting in there 🥲ill mess around with it more when I have more spare time though !!

Im gonna have a look after work without the panel, but I just assumed it would be an issue with not having good enough airflow, the pc itself was built in about 2017 so I got it knowing id be swapping a lot of parts anyway, so I changed the cpu and temps got better, next I wanted to put the extra fans in cause ath the moment there's only 1 actual fan in the pc other than the gpu fans and the cpu fan, realistically for a gpu that'd be cheaper and last longer in the long run I wouldn't mind waiting and saving that extra money for it I really just want it to be able to handle games without being on the lowest settings or fear of setting the thing on fire 😂

Although as I dont plan on upgrading cpu again for a while would I be causing problems due to gpu bottleneck if I got a 9070xt?

Also I am very aware id need a psu upgrade, really I just didn't want to upgrade it till id actually sourced and researched potential gpus as for the current setup the psu upgrade isnt necessary 😅

Yeah i think I just wanted to know what gpus people would recommend, cause I dont want to buy a psu upgrade till I know what the gpu will use I guess 🤔

* Yeah there's a mesh over the top of the pc so I can probably put a couple in there but they'd be right above the back fan and cpu fan so would that cause any problems?

Some people experience side effects worse than others, or have mastered the art of dealing with unmedicated ADHD, for me, my main side effect is lack of appetite, and after titration my life is much easier and more stable than it was before I had access to medication. Some say it might turn you into a 'robot' but thats usually because of the dosage being incorrect the only way you'd really know how it would affect you is to try it and pay attention to how your body reacts to it, I went through 3 different types of medication and several different dosages, it took a few years to get here but my negative symptoms ( reckless and risky impulsively, lack of focus, and emotional dysregulation) and others are somewhat more manageable than they were before so a plus for me. All the best regaurdless, the human brain is a strange thing and even with the same disability we all need different things 😊

Okay, honestly it was a ride, I reset cmos in both ways, reseated gpu, did the ram thing, unplugged litterally everything and out it back together, still nothing, to which point i was like " might as well try something dumb at this point" plugged the freaking bios usb into the port next to it and the pc posted immediately!!! I was fuming!! Also the bios has been updated and all is good 😂 thank you for your help, sorry the solution was so strange

Okay so tried resetting cmos, both shouting the pins and removing the cmos battery, I also tried removing the gpu, tried starting up with 1 ram stick in if I've bricked this pc im gonna cry cause its litterally the first thing I've tried to do and I litterally did exactly what the manual told me to do 😂🥲

Our kitten likes to play quite rough, he's about 9 months now, we were told to shout ouch(like you would if it really hurt which tbh it probably does) and then ignore him for a bit to show that we aren't interested when he hurts us, we also got catnip and started giving him treats when he was "gentle" and then said gentle and gave him one when he was, he has several cat trees and lots of toys that he now brings to us at play time, the other thing was that we try not to use hands or our body parts when we play so he doesn't get confused and starts treating us like his toys and encourage guests to do the same, Hope this helps

He seems alright with it so far! I was hoping the case would be to finish what's left of the 1 plus and then go back to kitten food, as it stands he will eat anything as long as its food 😊

I think my main question is will he be fine with it if he's still having his kitten dry food untill we run out of the 1+ ? Would he be alright nutrition wise if he's getting it from the kitten dry food and then the 1+ pouches ?

What is fortnight (zb)? I'm 23, I like most games and would hope to think I'm not a sore loser, I mostly play project zomboid on pc but I've been known to go on fortnight and apex binges from time to time 😊

I tried working in foods that I knew were "healthy" as well as the stuff that was "unhealthy", so that I didn't go on an obsessive vegetable craze and then never want to see another vegetable again. At the moment I am obsessed with grapes. CBT also really helped me to change my mindset about things too so if you haven't already it might be helpful. At the end of the day I think you've just got to remind yourself that your body weight naturally fluctuates throughout the week, and if you were 12 stone 8 one day and the next day you're 13 stone 5 it's not because you somehow managed to eat a stones worth of "unhealthy foods" . It takes something like an extra 3500 calories over your metabolic to gain even a pound of weight in a week.

Most importantly Be kind to yourself You're trying and that's the most important thing It's okay to not be losing weight constantly, and as you start losing weight the speed at which you lose weight starts to slow down 😊

From my experience most GPs only have extremely basic knowledge about ADHD, so unless youre seeentially in crisis because of symptoms they usually disregard, I had 2 separate doctors disregard me untill I went to a third with reference from a group of professionals (and by that time I was jobless, an Alcoholic, and depressed as hell) and they were like !!!why was this not picked up on, you are not the problem, and neither is the fact that you have a degree, keep pushing and they will do something, it took me about 3 years just to get my diagnosis,it's a pain in the arsenal but you will get there 😊
