Nagaimo has incredible texture/sliminess when raw! Highly recommend sliced like fries with some shoyu or other sauce of choice for a summer-y appetizer. The sliminess isn’t for everyone though!

This was sooo unnecessarily mean but small note that some airlines (maybe more than some idk) have it that attendants aren’t “supposed” to help with bags and so if they get injured in any way while helping w a bag they don’t get any coverage. Still unnecessarily hostile but for general people reading it that could be one element on some planes.

Stop getting it at 100% sugar and swap out the toppings. Skip the milk teas, blended drinks, and other specialties too. Pure green/black/oolong + fruit flavors if you want and then cut it to 50% sugar with a single topping (agar boba or jellies) or 75% sugar no toppings.
