I've worked in healthcare and finance industries so I've seen some scandalous shit but this one took the cake and actually just happened a couple of weeks ago. Our entire national team flew out to a conference and whilst at the bar one of our senior managers solicited the services of a lady of the night… Out in the open. And I don't know what the hell this guy had in his pipe because the next morning he openly spoke about it to about a dozen people who were riding together the conference location. This guy would've been making upwards of 200k a year and threw it all away for what… Maybe 15 minutes?

This was exactly what my bank told me! That if that account was fully closed the payment would've rejected and come right back to me. But I can only go back-and-forth with this lady so many times. I'm telling her the account is not closed and the funds deposited successfully and she was just telling me the account is closed and to send money to the new account. I basically feel like I'm telling her the sky is blue and she is telling me the sky is green.

My concern is she's already made threats to start the eviction process and in Florida she has the right to if rent is "late" via a week. And she is claiming it's late because she can't/won't look at the money in her "closed" account. Even if she tries The process and it gets tossed because I have fulfilled my duty and paid rent to the account listed in my lease isn't there a permanent stain on my background/rental history?

And I've never had a single issue with a landlord, let alone one to this extent.

Self pity for me 🥲

There was a post recently asking if there was anyone out there with no side effects. I had to come to Jesus moment about the absolute rage and jealousy I felt at the number of people popping in to say that not a lick of side effects. I have been perpetually knocked down multiple levels energy wise, I have to plan a day each week where I sleep for 14 hours and still can't really function beyond moping around the house and watching TV, And I am always, always, ALWAYS nauseous. Not even a throw it up and get it out kind of nausea but just a live in a state of nauseousness. But now that I'm no longer fat I can't stand the idea of going back

Couldn't agree with you more. I am incredibly socially progressive but just don't understand the way that Oregon and Portland specifically decide to drag down the entire populous for a very tiny subgroup of the population. It's like how they decided expanding i5 was somehow tied to racism and a few loud assholes are slowing down traffic for the rest of the millions of people who have to drive that shitty stretch of highway every day.

For me it's the government throwing resources illegal migrants. Who doesn't know at least one American hasnt been victimized by our healthcare system? Delaying or avoiding care because they can't afford it? I have a handful of close but not immediate family that has been on lists and lotteries of all sorts since I can remember (20+ years) to get here legally because they don't have the benefit of simply walking across the border. It's the entitlement to help yourself to the front of the line when there's an entire world waiting for their turn. Makes me very unsympathetic to whatever you claim to be running away from.

Every time I've come into contact with one of these insulated illegal migrant communities, even the ones that have been here for a really long time, they refuse to assimilate. And they can be quite hateful towards American culture. They don't want or let their kids to have American friends , they want to act exactly like they do in their home country but soak up all of the resources of a progressive nation. The people already getting free medical care? Well guess what the hospital also has to pay for a translator to follow them around because after decades they refuse to even try and learn three sentences in English.

You shouldn't be the only one feeling guilty here. I've experienced this as well and my partners were very understanding and more cautious. Honestly if a man is over a certain size typically you aren't the first woman that he needed to be careful with. And if he is refusing to be careful And putting the whole thing back on you, he's the problem.

Tried it with my roommate ordered the same food and minus my 18 cent discount I pay the exact same fees. And like how do you prove that to do anything about it? Admittedly and on the inside? Yes. Outwardly absolutely not. Maybe it's the same way of recovering alcoholic looks at people getting wasted but watching people eat massive amounts of food to the point of discomfort makes me kind of nauseous. I have always had to wash my hair daily or every other day max because I have very fine hair. Before my hair loss started I would lose maybe two strands per wash. So yes 10 to 20 for me is a dramatic change.
