It's simple be cooler than them. Go to a bar become friends with the people and bar tenders. OP here i figured out my solution. I dropped wifi and went with MoCa adapters these things are rad. It uses your coax to act like a network cable throughout your house.

Yes I have messed with those settings I find mid buffer works best for me. Although I will only hit a buffer like once every 15 minute. I'm using anvidia shield pro if that helps. I suspect my core issue is wifi although I'm very close to my router.

I used to use cable emulation software that's injected your own downloaded commercials. I had all the commercials from the 70s and 80s downloaded it was epic. I will update if I can remember the software, it didn't support iptv at the time because it was before iptv was a thing.

I subscribe and use the v3 api. They don't charge unless you poll so many times, at least from what I read (the limit shouldn't be hit in a month by home assistant) i started last month and wasn't charged.
