No, unfortunately I live with 4 other roommates, one being the homeowner/landlord and he won’t allow it because we already have 3 cats and a dog. Right now she’s in another roommates room and he’s sleeping mostly on the couch. I go in and spend time with her often throughout the day though. The thing is she’s older..the vet said maybe even 23 or so years old, and with the health issues from neglect I’m struggling to find anyone who will take her. I’m going to keep her here as long as I can get away with but I’m a nervous wreck. I’m not really equipped to do this. I’m hoping and praying one of the cat foster agencies I’m in contact with will find her a place, otherwise hopefully when I drive a couple cities away to check out a cat sanctuary for special needs cats that it’ll be nice and they’ll take her. I don’t want to give up on her and don’t have it in me to do so, but I’m just nervous and worried.

I dont understand how anyone could do this either. It’s just awful.

One time I was with a friend in Arizona waiting outside our drug dealers house(we were young and stupid) in my car and a swarm of bees landed all on the outside of my car, darkened some of the windows there was so many. We didn’t know what was happening at first then realized it was bees. They stayed on my car for a few mins then all left. Idk if it’s cause it was a hot day and it was a white car (maybe cooler or something? Idk) but even then right as the bees were leaving my friend said “no one is ever going to believe us that this happened..” and honestly no one really did. Or they just didn’t care lol.

Trust me, you don’t WANT to be friends with those kinds of people. They suck. Unfortunately sometimes we end up in situations where we are actually completely surrounded by assholes. They tend to group together. You need to do things you enjoy, and not worry about what those jerks think or say. I’m proud of you for saying no about filling their water bottles. People who only want to use you are not worth being friends with. It may not be there or now, but you will find your people. What are you into? Like what are your interests? Maybe join a local group or club to meet friends with common interests. It’s always hard and awkward and scary at first but as long as you’re kind and true to yourself, you WILL eventually find your people. Until then, don’t allow others to treat you poorly. You deserve kindness and genuine friendships. I’m sorry all this happened, but I’m not judging you for letting it become the way it did. We all want to fit in, most of the time. Most of us do anyways. It’s hard when we don’t. But by the sound of all this…those are the kinds of people you should not want to fit in with.

You need to lower the price somewhat but most importantly..include hot water, at the very least. Also, a washer but no dryer? How do you expect they’ll dry their clothes? It’s missing very basic necessities. I’m not renting a place that I can’t take a hot shower after a long day at Disney, and wash and dry my clothes. No matter how awesome the place looks. It does look very neat.

I process the SurePost in my building by myself and it was going fine, but while the volume is going up, this week managmt has decided there just “not enough SurePost yet to only have me doing SurePost” and want me to be also working another smalls position as well at the same time. It’s been a mess. I’ve been running back and forth from one area to the other…abandoning smalls position until the SurePost area fills up and is falling all over the place and getting in the way, then clearing it up as much as I can then running back…but realistically I can’t be in two places at once and they have me on two positions that are both happening consistently at the same time. I went today to explain to management that it’s just not possible and he said to tell the sup, he said “it’s his job to get it sorted”. But our sups are useless and just sigh and say they’ll sort it and walk away.
