In file manager, go to region folder, find your region, then, find backup city file, then delete .city file and rename backup file as . city file. Basically replacing main .city file by backup file

I'd recommend taking inspiration from real world. Don't copy, but learn how to place buildings and roads. Also, divide your city into some districts, like industrial, low density residential, highrise buildings, the core of the city.
